Delivery Information

Need collection or delivery for gifting in Sandton, Cape Town or Durban? Here is how we handle local orders, bulk packs and scheduled drops. Our team can coordinate wrapping, hampers and event gifting so your items arrive neatly and on time.

How collection works from our Sandton studio

Collections are arranged from our Sandton studio for clients in Sandton, Rosebank and Bryanston, and by appointment for larger corporate orders. Once your order is packed and checked, we send the collection details by email and confirm the pickup window. Please wait for that confirmation before sending a driver or coming through yourself, as some orders need final ribbon work or note cards added.

For smooth collection, make sure the person collecting has the order name, the invoice number and a contact number that reaches you on the day. If a driver is collecting on your behalf, please share those details with us in advance. This helps us release the correct boxes without delay and avoids confusion at security points or office parks.

  • Bring the invoice number and order name
  • Allow extra time for basement parking or reception checks
  • Check your packing slip before leaving the studio
  • Let us know if your vehicle has limited boot space

Local delivery in Sandton and nearby areas

We deliver to Sandton, Rosebank, Bryanston and nearby business addresses where access is straightforward. Deliveries are normally arranged during business hours, and we will let you know if a reception handover, loading bay or specific floor access is needed. For wedding gifting and corporate hampers, we can also coordinate timed drops so items arrive close to the event start or setup slot.

If your delivery is going to a home address, please give us the name of the recipient, the full street address, suburb and a working phone number. Many local estates and office parks have delivery rules, so it helps to mention gate codes, security procedures and any loading restrictions upfront. A little detail saves time, especially when the order is large or has to move through several hands.

  • Share the full delivery address and contact number
  • Include gate codes, reception names or loading bay notes
  • Tell us if the address is inside an estate, mall or office park
  • Request a delivery day that suits your event setup

Cape Town gifting point and surrounding delivery support

Clients using our Cape Town gifting point can collect by arrangement or book delivery within the surrounding service area. This is useful for wedding favours, client gifts and end-of-year hampers when you need items to arrive neatly packed and ready to hand out. We handle the handover carefully, with attention to fragile pieces, ribbons and printed notes so the presentation stays intact.

Because Cape Town traffic, building access and weather can affect timing, please book early for deliveries to offices, event venues and residential complexes. If your order must reach a venue in the morning, give us the event time and the best contact person on site. For coastal areas, we also recommend protective outer packing for items sensitive to humidity or salt air.

  • Use the recipient name exactly as it appears on site
  • Book early for Friday events and month-end office deliveries
  • Ask for protective wrapping on delicate contents
  • Share venue access notes and a local contact number

Durban and Umhlanga delivery timing

Durban orders, including Umhlanga and nearby areas, are handled with local delivery coordination for both private and corporate gifting. We work around venue times, office schedules and residential access rules so your wrapping, hampers and note cards arrive in good condition. For larger orders, we may split packing into labelled boxes to make handover easier at reception or event registration.

Humidity can affect certain papers, bows and packaging, so we pack carefully for coastal conditions and avoid leaving finished gifts in hot vehicles for longer than needed. If your delivery is going to a hotel, conference centre or beachfront venue, tell us the loading point and whether the venue needs advance delivery approval. That way we can plan the route and avoid last minute hold ups.

  • Tell us if the delivery is to a hotel, venue or office tower
  • Keep recipients available by phone on the day
  • Request split packing for high-volume orders
  • Allow extra time during peak traffic and wet weather

Bulk orders, event gifting and weekday cut-offs

Bulk gifting orders need a little more planning because the packing, ribbon personalisation and note writing all take time. For weddings, conferences and corporate launches, send us your final quantities as early as possible so we can confirm the packing schedule and delivery route. If your order includes many names or individual gift notes, please allow enough time for checking, cause one small spelling error can slow the handover.

We will confirm the cut-off based on the size of the order and the delivery location. Orders placed close to weekends, month-end or public holidays may need extra lead time. If you need staged deliveries to different addresses, we can coordinate that too, provided we have the address list and contact details in one clear file.

  • Send final quantities and names in one list
  • Allow extra lead time for ribbon personalisation and note writing
  • Plan early for month-end, weekends and public holidays
  • Use one contact person for all delivery changes

What to do if a parcel cannot be received

If a parcel cannot be received at the address provided, we will try to contact the recipient or the sender to arrange the next step. This may include re-delivery, collection from the studio or a revised delivery window depending on the order and the location. Please make sure someone is available to take the parcel, especially for time-sensitive wedding or corporate gifts.

Damaged outer packaging should be noted immediately on receipt if you can see it before signing. If anything looks unusual, take a quick photo and email us straight away with the order number. We treat each delivery carefully and want to resolve issues without making you chase back and forth. It is best to report concerns on the same day if possible, while the courier or driver details are still fresh.

For all delivery queries, contact our client care team at our contact form. If you are unsure which service point to use, send the address first and we will guide you to the closest collection or delivery option.
