This can happen more often with bulk orders and custom ribbon personalisation.
Any quote or proposal issued by Bling Wraps is subject to confirmation, availability and payment terms. A quotation does not create a binding contract until it is accepted by us in writing and, where required, payment has cleared. Orders for weddings, corporate gifting programmes and seasonal gifting should be placed with enough lead time to allow for planning, packing and delivery coordination.

- Custom and made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production starts.

3. Pricing, payment and delivery coordination
All prices are listed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. VAT, delivery charges, handling fees or event setup costs may be added where applicable. Payments must be made by the method and within the timeframe shown on the invoice or quotation.
Where we assist with collection or delivery coordination, we act on the instructions supplied by the client. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, load-shedding, courier delays or venue access restrictions in Sandton, Cape Town, Durban, Umhlanga or surrounding service areas. We are not liable for losses caused by reasonable delivery delays outside our control.
4. Intellectual property and content ownership
All website text, layouts, styling, images, logos, product descriptions and related materials are owned by or licensed to Bling Wraps and may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view the content for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, adapt, publish or distribute it without prior written consent.
If you send us notes, images or wording for gift note writing, ribbon personalisation or corporate messaging, you confirm that you have the right to use that material and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Use of our name or branding in advertising needs written approval.
- Photos of completed orders remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Client-supplied artwork is used at the client’s risk and instruction.
5. Liability limits and service exclusions
To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, Bling Wraps and the operator Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from reliance on general information displayed on it. This includes loss caused by third-party systems, courier services, venue rules or client-provided details that are incomplete or incorrect.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an issue arises with a confirmed order, our responsibility is limited to the value of the affected product or service, unless a different remedy is required by law. We do not accept responsibility for decorations, hampers or packaging altered after handover.

When you contact us by email, form or phone, we may collect information needed to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange delivery and manage customer records.
